1.3 "Products" refers to plastic granules and related materials manufactured, recycled, or traded by the Company.
2. Order Placement and Acceptance
2.1 All orders must be placed in writing via email, through the Company's official website, or through voice call.
2.2 Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and availability of Products.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without stating reasons.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Late payments will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
4.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Product Quality and Specifications
5.1 The Company warrants that Products will meet the agreed specifications at the time of delivery.
5.2 Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of Products for their intended use.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns must be authorized in writing by the Company within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Returned Products must be unused and in original packaging.
6.3 Refunds will be issued as credit for future purchases.
7. Recycling Services
7.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse any materials deemed unsuitable for recycling.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the Products and Company operations remain the property of the Company.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Customers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed by the Company.
10. Liability Limitation
10.1 The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products in question.
10.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Compliance with Laws
12.1 Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase, use, and disposal of Products.
13. Environmental Responsibility
13.1 Customers agree to use and dispose of Products in an environmentally responsible manner.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

15. Governing Law
15.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
16. Amendments

17. Severability
